WCR Artist Platform – Artist Agreement

Introduction

This Artist Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Artist”) and WCR Artist Platform (“WCR”) as of the date you accept these terms. By registering and using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.

Artist Responsibilities

When you join the WCR Artist Platform, you confirm that you own, or have the full rights to use, any music, images, videos, or other materials you submit. You agree not to upload or share any content that infringes on the rights of others, breaks any laws, or contains harmful, obscene, or offensive material. You also agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information so we can process your payments and maintain your account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a legal guardian.

WCR Responsibilities

WCR will provide you with access to the features and benefits included in your chosen plan, as described on our Pricing & Plans page. We will securely process your payments and payouts, host and stream your approved content, and promote your work as outlined in your plan. We aim to ensure smooth platform operation and reasonable support, although occasional downtime or technical issues may occur.

Fees and Payments

A one-time registration fee of $99 is required unless waived under certain subscription plans. Any additional fees for your selected package will be billed according to your plan type—Pay-As-You-Go, Annual, Monthly, or Lifetime. Payments made are non-refundable except where local law requires otherwise. Monthly payouts from music, merchandise, or ticket sales will be sent to you according to our payment schedule, provided all minimum payout requirements are met.

Ownership and Usage Rights

All rights to your original content remain yours. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant WCR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, promote, and distribute your work as needed to deliver the services described. WCR branding, platform content, and technology remain the exclusive property of WCR. We may remove or restrict any content that violates this Agreement, breaches legal requirements, or is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the date you accept and continues until terminated by you or WCR. You may close your account at any time by giving written notice and settling any outstanding amounts. WCR may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Limitation of Liability

WCR will not be responsible for any indirect or incidental damages that result from your use of the platform. In no case will our liability exceed the total amount you have paid to WCR in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Updates to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such updates will mean you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction/State/Country]. “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms stated above.
